What can I customize on the silhouette programs?
All the text is customize-able, which includes the front and back. All primary colors are customize-able which is usually limited to 1-3 colors.
What can i customize on the Pens and Sunglasses?
The listings for the pens and sunglasses include a single color imprint, if you would like 2 or more colors please get in touch for a quote. Imprints on the pens and the sunglasses usually include the couples first names and wedding date.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes it may be possible to rush production and/ or shipping, but this will depend on the product, location and timeline. So please get in touch with these details and we will let you know what is possible.
Where do I send my customization info?
After you place your order, email all your info (such as couples names, product colors, imprint colors etc) to: firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy?
We want to you happy with the product and we offer 100% quality guarantee. If we have made an error or sent out a product that doesn't meet our high standards, we will make sure to address and correct the issue at no additional cost to you. We are unable to accept returns on customized products that have been approved by you for production. But we will offer you a discount to rerun the order.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a no-fee cancellation on any order that has not gone into production yet, and the design has not started. If the design for your order has started, there is a $25 cancellation fee. Orders that have already gone into production unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Please contact us to cancel your order.
How do I find out about the status of my order?
We will keep you informed through the entire process of your order. once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info.
What type of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal as the method of payment that will accept credit cards as well as funds directly in your PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.
Do you store my credit card info?
No. Since we use PayPal as the payment method all the transaction happens through PayPal's secure servers and nothing is saved.
Will I see a proof of my design?
Yes! We will always send you an e-proof of the design that you get to approve before it goes into production. Your order will not go into production until you have approved your proof.
